Wood products may vary by species, grade, dimensions, moisture, drying method, surface, packaging and preparation method. Product specifications should be agreed in writing before purchase.

Delivery and logistics

Delivery options depend on product availability, loading location, destination, carrier capacity, customs or export documentation and other practical conditions. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

Documents and compliance

Where required, Sepik Minerals may coordinate commercial documents, transport documents and available supplier documentation. Any certification, origin, phytosanitary or legality requirement must be clearly stated by the customer before the order is confirmed.
